The App uses Apple's in-app purchase (IAP) service to facilitate one-time purchases for additional characters and music. When you make a purchase, your payment information is handled directly by Apple's secure servers and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive, store, or have access to any of your payment or personal information related to these transactions. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated transaction data for sales and reconciliation purposes, but this information cannot be used to identify you personally.

Because we do not collect any personal data, we do not share any personal data with third parties.

Since no user data is collected or stored on our servers, there is no risk of a data breach from our side. The security of the data on your device is protected by the security features of your operating system.

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional features, such as exclusive characters and music. These purchases are processed and managed exclusively by Apple's App Store. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store and your chosen payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or Apple's refund policies.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, characters, music, and the overall look and feel of the App are the intellectual property of Jonny K / JonnyKStudio.
